Ralph J. Blake is the founder of Blake Law Firm, and has been practicing law for nearly four decades.
He has worked in Plaintiff personal injury law firms since 1991 representing accident victims.
Maria Mesta is an Arizona native who has worked in personal injury law firms for over 25 years. She has been with Blake Law Firm since 2008. Mrs. Mesta is a legal assistant to Ralph Blake and oversees the marketing of our firm. She is a proud mom, who enjoys spending time with her family and she is very involved in her South Phoenix church.
Lili has been with Blake Law Firm since March 2015. She is a legal assistant with the firm and brings over 12 years of experience working in the medical field. She is a certified chiropractic assistant, which gives her an understanding of all aspects of a medical office from processing health insurance claims to providing superior patient service. Her background allows her to provide our clients with excellent service. She has two active boys and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, watching movies, and cooking.
Yvonne started as a clerical assistant, but was quickly promoted to a legal secretary position and eventually to legal assistant. She has become knowledgeable and experienced in the personal injury field. In her spare time she enjoys attending concerts, swimming and spending time with her family.
Natalie started her legal career at Blake Law Firm after working her way up to legal secretary. She enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants around Phoenix, and taking long walks in downtown during Phoenix’s perfectly mild winter.
Gema is a legal assistant at Blake Law Firm and has been with the firm since 2021. Gema has a background in immigration law and later made the transition to personal injury. She is an Arizona native and takes great pride in assisting our clients every step of the way. Some of her hobbies include reading, off-roading, and traveling.
Karla is an Arizona native and earned a Bachelor’s in Science in Sociology and Speech-Hearing Science in 2017. Before Blake Law Firm, Karla worked in the Speech and Hearing field and after working in the field for 6 years, she decided she wanted to step foot into the legal field. As the Intake Coordinator at Blake Law Firm, Karla enjoys informing new clients in the many ways we can help. Karla is passionate, loves to help and build new relationships with people. In her spare time, Karla enjoys spending time with her family/friends and is always open to new adventures.
Andrea Moreno, a Legal Secretary with Blake Law Firm. Her background in education gives her the compassion and patience to communicate with clients through a difficult time. Her Paralegal certificate from Phoenix College gives her the knowledge and skills needed to guide clients. When she’s not working tediously on cases, Andrea enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
Susana Pelaez is an Arizona native who is currently attending Arizona State University pursuing a BA/BS in Business. As the receptionist, Susana is one of the friendly voices that greets clients and directs callers to the appropriate person. Susana enjoys learning something new every day, taking long rides with her friends and trying new foods. In her spare time, Susana is an aspiring baker as she attempts to bake desserts for her family.
Jessica joined Blake Law Firm through the honors program of Metro Tech High School. Jessica is proud to contribute her skills to the law firm as a clerical support clerk and looking forward to learning all she can about Arizona Law. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and reading novels.
